Reserve a Glider

Schedule a Lesson
- View the calendar (first tab above)
- Instructors names are in yellow
- Email the instructor you'd like to fly with
- Do this a week in advance, no more than two weeks in advance
- Monitor your email, they will email out the day's schedule at least a day in advance
- Monitor your email, if issues arise they may affect or cancel the day's operations
- Bring cash or check to pay your instructor. Each instructor charges slightly different rates, feel free to ask ahead of time.
- (you do not need to also reserve the glider, the instructor will have done that for the day)
Reserve a Glider
- click on www.trumba.com
- Click on the sign in link on the right corner and enter username (ncsamain@gmail.com), and password "blanik" (a type of glider). If you check the automatically sign in and your browser accept cookies you will only need to do this step once.
- In the left pan look for the glider you want to reserve (under Other Calendars/Airplanes) and click on the glider name. This will open up the reservation page for this glider.
- Click on the +ADD link on the date you want to reserve.
- In the description field enter your name and the glider you want to reserve.
- Enter the location (optional).
- Enter the start time and duration.
- Enter additional information in the Notes field (optional).
- Check the "A - operations" box on the right under "Also show on"
- Ignore the rest of the fields and click OK.
- Your reservation is done.
